Founder and President
We are staffed by board certified critical care physicians and acute care nurse practitioners. Our practitioners have the experience, knowledge, and skills to deliver safe, timely, and effective care through virtual patient encounters.
Our practitioners are prepared to engage with patients and health care team members through productive, efficient, and low stress encounters to maximize clinical outcomes.
Dr. Ferdowsali has over 10 years of critical care experience. He completed a critical care fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic. He has experience practicing at academic, community, and critical access hospitals. He has successfully led the implementation of critical care service lines and worked on quality initiatives to transition to closed ICUs at multiple facilities. He has served as Chief Medical Officer for a large multispecialty medical group.
We collaborate with patients and families to ensure each patient’s individualized goals of care are discussed and acknowledged. We engage patients and families in the critical care team through telemedicine to ensure each visit is safe, timely, and comprehensive.
Our experience has been that patients and families welcome the involvement of clinical experts regardless of physical presence. We are able to connect with patients during the most stressful and difficult times of their lives.
Each visit is an opportunity to connect with an individual regardless of location.

We partner with facilities to help develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols when needed. This allows us to ensure our presence as a best telemedicine company.
Our passion is driven by a desire to allow patients to receive quality care within their community. We believe that their home community offers the best opportunity for support and improved outcomes.
As an organization we spend time to understand the community where patients live and the local environment that shapes each patient’s life.
An effective telemedicine ICU program is dependent on the competency and dedication of the staff within the health care facility. We actively partner with our on-site ICU partners to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. Additionally, we can partner with ICU nursing units to provide continuing learning opportunities for nursing staff and physicians.
We also actively facilitate the start-up of the telemedicine program at every location. We work closely with leadership and staff to ensure seamless and smooth initiation of the tele-critical care platform.
